With over a decade of experience in VWC technology and as a previous co-founder of four companies, Francesca Fox brings a wealth of knowledge to NEWAVX. Since the company's inception in 2021, she has successfully led NEWAVX to profitability right from the start, achieving an impressive 60% increase in turnover year on year. Her deep expertise in the development and commercialisation of VWC therapy products equips her with a profound understanding of technology, market dynamics, and customer needs—key elements that form the strong foundation of our success.
Francesca believes that the most valuable asset we have is our team, which is essential for driving great innovation. She prioritises a balanced approach that empowers individuals, encourages creativity, and fosters growth through calculated risk-taking. Her personal journey with dyslexia has profoundly shaped her leadership style; by recognising her limitations and leveraging the unique strengths of her team, she creates an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute to collective success.

Her partnerships with leading insurance providers, including NFU Mutual and Beazley Insurance, are crucial for NEWAVX's future growth and strategy, as collaborating with insurance companies remains a cornerstone of our approach.

With over 15 years of experience in professional sports, Dominic Fox brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to NEWAVX. As a co-founder, he leverages his extensive background to understand the unique needs of elite athletes, physiotherapists, and the intricacies of injury recovery. Dominic’s unwavering resilience and commitment to excellence are at the core of his leadership philosophy. He believes that effective leadership requires a harmonious blend of bold innovation and precise execution, driving the team towards success. His personal experience living with ADHD fuels his creative approach to problem-solving, allowing him to foster an inclusive culture where every team member feels empowered and inspired to contribute.
Dominic has been instrumental in the successful launch of VWC therapy products in five major countries, showcasing an exceptional ability to navigate international markets and forge strong partnerships. A highlight of this expansion is the launch in the UAE, where he played a key role in securing a strategic deal worth £350,000 for zero outlay to the company for a world-ranking sporting event.
Under Dominic's leadership, NEWAVX secured a prestigious £150,000 grant from Innovate UK for a collaborative project with the University of Birmingham, guided by Professor Leigh Breen. This achievement underscores his commitment to fostering innovation and advancing healthcare solutions through impactful partnerships.

As the Head of Dementia United within the Greater Manchester Integrated Care Partnership, Dr. Marchmont promotes integrated care across the region while spearheading national initiatives that address unmet health needs. She oversees wellness solutions at our clinics, ensuring high-quality, ethical care, and provides clinical support to clinic directors, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Dr. Marchmont’s expertise in geriatric care and dementia greatly influences our preventive strategies and the development of non-pharmaceutical pain management options. Her commitment to reducing opioid reliance aligns with our mission to revolutionise healthcare through technology and personalised solutions, empowering healthcare professionals to adopt a more patient-centred approach.
